On the 31st August and 1st September 2018 the Centre for Clinical Risk Management and Patient Safety-Collaborating Centre of the WHO, in collaboration with IEA2018, will host in Florence the International Meeting “Patient safety for the new medical generation”.
The goal of this event is promoting patient safety culture in new medical generations and to spread the knowledge on ergonomics and human factors among medical students and residents.

HOW TO PARTECIPATE
The participation is free for all residents and students.
|The enrollement for the registation in the International Meeting on Patient Safety for the New Medical Generation closed 31st July. Due to the increase of interest in the Meeting, the registration still be possible until 20th August, 2018 by sending an email to: email@example.com
Subject of email: Registration to the International Meeting on Patient Safety for the New Medical Generation
The email must include the following information for the registration:
Name, Surname, University, Field of studies/ Medical specialty and email.
Deadline for registration is 31st July 2018
For a selection of 12 residents coming from Low and Middle Income Countries costs for the flight and 2 days’ accommodation in Florence will be covered by the organization. Residents will be contacted directly by the organizer if the will be shortlisted.
Deadline for participating in the selection is 10th June 2018
Residents will also have the possibility to submit an abstract in order to present their experience in patient safety during the working groups session. The Scientific Committee of the Meeting will select 20 abstracts.
Deadline for submitting the abstract is 31st July 2018
